Ministers’ Network?
Church And State is networking ministers – pastors, priests and preachers – who are boldly preaching the unadulterated, uncompromised Word of God to their congregations and a culture lost in darkness and asking big questions about publicly debated issues.
This is not a credentialling body, nor an organisation offering any form of accountability or structure. It’s a transdenominational, professional networking opportunity to encourage the Christian courage that exists and develop more.

- if you’re a Bible-believing, orthodox Christian committed to discipling people in righteousness, repentance and reformation,
- if you don’t cower from controversy,
- if you’re anti-woke – discerning it as sheep’s clothing for ravenous wolves (Mat 7),
- if you’re already preaching about moral issues debated in politics or ready to learn how to teach your people to say what God says about them,
…then we want to introduce you to the rest of us!
Australian culture has become saturated with comfort and consumerism, and yet the Gospel is inconvenient and confronting to the world. This is precisely why Paul writes:
“Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God—what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.”
– Romans 12:2
The preachers who will usher in revival in this great nation understand their historic role in discipling believers so they can test, approve and cling to what God says is good, and hate what is evil (Ro 12:9).
Together, our job is to encourage and develop such preachers. In this network, you will get the chance to be developed and to develop those coming after us as nation builders.

Church And State’s founder, Dave Pellowe, believes in the power of the Gospel to redeem cultures and save nations. God has very clearly chosen the model of local churches – not politics or politicians, but assemblies of believers equipped by the ascension gifts – to disciple nations to the point of immunity to “winds of doctrine”.
The Gospel has undeniable cultural and political implications, as does the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations, teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded. To shy away from even looking “political” in the puplit is to reduce the Gospel to an outward appearance of religion while repudiating its power (2 Tim 3:5).
Many Christians are increasingly avoiding powerless puplits who’ve swapped Truth for popularity, and they’re looking for fearless preachers who will fulfil the purpose of their ministry gifts.
The CAS MinNet advisory board includes four veteran pastors who have all counted the cost of bold preaching in the public square and been sensationalised in the media. Not only have their congregations survived such “scandal”, but they’ve thrived and grown following it.
